Servicing helps identify and address potential issues early, preventing major problems and costly repairs down the road.

Our Brompton full servicing is a comprehensive process that involves several key steps:

  1. The wheels (tyres and inner tubes) and drivetrain (crankset, pedals, bottom bracket, chain, cassette, tensioner and jockey wheels) of your Brompton are dismantled during the servicing process.
  2. Thorough cleaning of the Brompton and dismantled components to remove dirt, grime, and debris that could affect its performance
  3. We conduct a thorough inspection for any signs of wear and tear, and if necessary, we can replace them according to your preference.
  4. We degrease and regrease the headset and its bearings to ensure smooth functioning and steering. As an option, we also offer the service of degreasing, cleaning, and regreasing the front wheel bearings.
  5. Wheel Truing: Maintaining properly aligned wheels is essential for a smooth and safe ride. Wheel truing involves adjusting spoke tension to ensure the wheels run true, reducing wobbling and enhancing stability.
  6. Upon completing the necessary maintenance, we reassemble your Brompton, and each bolt and screw is carefully torqued to meet the specified torque settings.
